LP1: Accessing e-flow

Introduction

e-flow is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and can be accessed using any modern web browser.

If you/your organisation are Single Sign-On enabled, these instructions will not apply (please refer to our guide on SSO).

Step-by-step

1. You'll receive an email from no-reply@e-flow.com with a one-time PIN.

Note: if you don't receive this email after a few minutes, please check your spam and junk folder. Failing this, ask your internal IT team to see if emails are blocked from no-reply@e-flow.com.

2. Open your internet browser and navigate to e-flow: https://www.e-flow.app/

3. Enter your username or email address and click 'Next'.

Click back if you need to re-enter your username.

4. Enter your password (case-sensitive) and click 'Log In'.

Ticking 'Keep me logged in' will stop you from needing to enter your password until your machine is restarted.

5. Should you have forgotten your password or need to reset your password for any other reason:

Click the 'I don't know my password' link and follow the instructions provided to create a new password.
