LP1: Global Navigation

This article explains how to use the navigation menu in e-flow to access different areas of the application. It also describes how to expand and collapse the navigation menu, access sub-menus, and locate the Help & Support options.

Overview

The Global Navigation provides quick access to the main areas of the application. It is designed to keep frequently used options easily accessible while maintaining a clean and consistent layout across different screen sizes.

Home

The Home page can be accessed by selecting the Domain Icon located at the top of the navigation panel.

Navigation Layout

The Global Navigation contains the primary menu options required to access the application's core features.

expand/collapse button
The Expand/Collapse button is located at the bottom of the navigation menu.

Select this button to:

• Expand the navigation menu to display menu names alongside the icons.
• Collapse the navigation menu to display icons only, providing more space within the application.

sub‑menu
Sub‑menus open in a tray that shows all related items in one place. It’s easier to read, easier to close and works better on smaller screens.

Responsive Navigation
The navigation adjusts automatically to accommodate different screen sizes and browser zoom levels.

Depending on the available screen space:

• Navigation panels scroll vertically when additional items are available.
• Sub-menu items wrap to fit within the available space.
• Scrollbars are hidden where appropriate to provide a cleaner interface.

Help & Support

The Help & Support option is available from the top-right corner of the application header, providing quick access to support resources.
