LP1: Switching Between Organisations to access the reports

This article explains how to switch between organisations to access reports. It is applicable to users who have access to multiple domains and possess the relevant permissions to view the reports.

For example, if you are currently in Domain 1 and want to access Domain 2, you would need to follow the instructions outlined below.

Switching Domain to access the reports

1. Click your user profile menu and select 'Switch Organisation'.
2. Click on the Domain (Organisation) you wish to switch to.

3.Once you have switched the organisation, click on the Reports tab.

4. The embedded reports will be available in the Advanced Reports area. Click the View button next to the report you want to open.

5. If you would like to view reports from any other domains you have access to, please repeat steps 1 to 4 for the report you want to view.
