LP1: Changing your password

Introduction

There are two ways you can change your password: via your Account Settings, or by following the 'I forgot my password' route in the log-in screen.

Change Via Account Settings

1. Navigate to your profile menu by clicking on your picture in the top right-hand corner of the window, then click 'Account'.

"I don't know my password"

Note: this will not work if your organisation is SSO enabled (i.e. you access e-flow via your organisation's portal). Please see our guide on this for more information.

1. From the log-in screen, under where you'd input your details you will see a button saying "I don't know my password".

2. You will then be prompted to input the email address you use for e-flow.

3. You'll receive an email from no-reply@e-flow.com.

Note: if you don't receive this email after a few minutes, please check your spam and junk folder. Failing this, ask your internal IT team to see if emails are blocked from no-reply@e-flow.com.

4. Click on the button that says 'Reset password' and enter the PIN into the new field.
