Approve Office Documents in the Online Approval Tool

This release features the ability to approve Office Documents in the Online Approval Tool, removing the need to manually convert Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to PDF prior to uploading to Sunrise. 

In addition to Office Documents, the following file formats can now be approved in the Online Approval Tool. 

• .gif
• .jpg and .jpeg
• .png
• .pps
• .pub
• .tiff
• .bmp
• .txt
• .csv

Notes

Files are converted in the background from their native format.

This means that there may be some formatting differences between the original file, and the file when displayed in the Online Approval Tool. 

A banner will be displayed to indicate if the formatting has been altered. 

The original file will still be available for download via the Asset Tab in the Activity Summary.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue which caused new contacts and asset records not to correctly process in the search index.
