• Fixed issue which causes an error when downloading multiple files (with total file size >60MB) from the shopping cart. 
• Fixed a display issue which prevented users from aborting approvals early for domains where no rejection reasons has been set up.
• Resolved incorrect count issue of Content Hub rules expiring this month when a rule is set to obsolete.

Informed RACI Assignees for Tasks

It is now possible to add additional Informed asigness to all tasks. This will allow other users to be notified when a task starts and completes, without needing to take any direct action in Sunrise. 

This solution is also ideal for allowing users to track integrated tasks which happen in other applications such as PLM, ERP or a Project Management tools.  

When a task starts and an assignee is marked as Informed, they will see the task in their task list. 

An "Information" icon will be displayed next to the task name to indicate that they are informed. Informed tasks can be toggled on/off from the filters at the top of the task page.

Informed tasks will be counted via the My Task widget

The user will also receive notification emails. 

The notification emails generated both when a task is started and completed, contain a link to the activity summary. 

Once all Responsible users have completed the task, it will also automatically disappear from the Informed users task list.
