Mandatory Approval Classifications

From the Workflow Template designer, it is now possible to enforce that users in an approval step provide one or more approval classification by selection of the 'Users in this step are required to submit an approval classification?' option.

If the user provides an approval verdict of "Not Approved" they will be required to select a reason for their decision from the available glossary of verdicts for the organisation.

It is optional to provide classifications for "Approved" and "Approved with Comments" verdicts.

Once an approval classification has been recorded, the information is made available in the Sunrise Data Warehouse and is immediately available for querying in a visualisation tool such as Microsoft PowerBI.
