LP1: Quick Search

Different to the global search at the top of the application, quick search bars can be found in the following locations in e-flow:

• Tasks Page
• My Activities
• Asset Libraries
• Approval Details (widget)

Enter any text or value to quickly filter by key details such as project numbers and task names. 

Tasks Page

Use the quick search to locate strings of text within the Task, Activity or Parent Activity columns.

My Activities

The My Activities page shows you any Running, Paused or Pending Activities where you are a Responsible assignee on at least one task within the Activity. Use the Quick Search filter to refine the list of Activities.

Asset Library

Within an Asset Library, use the Quick Search filter to refine the list of Assets.

Approval Details

Within the Approval Details report, available from the Approvals widget on the Homepage, use the Quick Search filter to refine the list of active approvals.
