LP3: Activity Priority

Introduction

Activity Priority is where the user can set the priority of the project from Low, Normal and Urgent. This allows users to sort their tasks in order of priority, so that Urgent tasks appear on top of their Tasks page.

This can only be edited by the user who created the activity.

 

Edit Priority

1. Go to the Activity's summary page under Key Metrics, this will allow you to edit the priority. The image below shows the Key Metrics where the Priority can be edited.

2. If you click on Edit and select your priority accordingly it will change this on the Key Metrics page.

Organizing Tasks by Priority

1. Navigate to your Tasks page and open Table Settings by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the upper-right toolbar.

 

2. By ticking the Priority checkbox you can toggle on/off the column that displays the task's activity's priority.

3. Once enabled, you can sort your tasks by priority, as needed.
