LP2: Viewing the Sidebar Within the Online Approval Tool (ProofScope)

To view any of these, please click the following icon which appears at the top of the blue vertical bar running down the right-hand side of your browser window.

This will then expand the sidebar from the right-hand side: click on any of the following icons as follows to see Fields, Assets, Review History and Fonts.

Fields

Clicking on this icon will display any metadata associated with the asset on approval and running activity (if there is one). This is configurable per client by the Professional Services Team.

Assets

This will display any assets uploaded to the running activity to which the asset under review belongs.

Approval History

This will display the Revision, Approvers, Verdict and Date if you wish to see the annotations click View.
