LP2: What are Sequences

What are Sequences?

A Sequence is a pre-defined value which is unique and is created by the admin of the domain, an example of a Sequence could be a client reference number also known as a SKU number, another example may include a project number.  

Creating a Sequence 

To create a Sequence go the admin tab on the navigation bar on the left (Please note only admins of the domain can access this). Click on admin and then Sequences this will bring you to the sequences page where all the created Sequences for that domain have been created, any new Sequences will also be created here. 

Edit a Sequence 

If you want to edit a sequence that is already created you can click on it and change the relevant information. The user might want to change the name of the Sequence or the pattern of the sequence all this can be done by clicking on the Sequence name. 

Creating a Sequence 

To create a Sequence press on which is on the right of the page, once you have clicked on the button you will be presented the Create Sequence page. 

Once you have created the Sequence you want you can then click save at the bottom left of the page.
