Introduction
Password Expiry is a security feature that will expire a user's password after 3 months. This aims to improve the security of user accounts.
Note: this is not a default feature. Please contact a member of Client Services to discuss enabling this for your organisation.
What Happens?
If a user has not changed their password in 3 months, it will automatically expire and they will be required to change it in order to log back into e-flow.
Users will get a warning on their login page 10 days before their password expires.
If you would like to activate this feature, please contact the Professional Services team or raise a support ticket.
Note: this feature cannot be used by Single Sign On (SSO) users.
