LP2: Viewing Approval History

Introduction

For Assets which are routing on an Approval Cycle you are able to view the Approval History, which includes Approvers, Comments and Verdicts.

To view the Approval History whilst performing a current task open the Side Bar and click on the Eye Icon.

This will display the Revision, Approvers, Verdict and Date if you wish to see the annotations click View.

Select the Asset for which you wish to view the Approval History.

Once you have selected the Asset click Approval History.

This will display the Revision, Approvers and Verdict, if you wish to see the annotations click View.

Tasks View

From the task view within an activity, you can expand approvals and see the verdicts given.
