Introduction
e-flow is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and can be accessed using any modern web browser.
For Loblaw, both internal users and external vendors will access e-flow using Single Sign-On (SSO). All users must log in via the SSO option when accessing Loblaw e-flow.
These instructions apply specifically to SSO-enabled users and outline the steps required to successfully access e-flow.
Step-by-step for internal users
1. Open your internet browser and navigate to e-flow: https://loblaw.e-flow.app/
2. Enter your username or email address and click ‘Next’. (The email address must be the same one you use to log in to your Loblaw portal.)
Click back if you need to re-enter your username.
3. You will be redirected to your Office 365 login page. Your credentials will be validated automatically and you will be logged in. If you are redirected to the Office 365 login page and prompted to enter your details, please enter your Office 365 credentials to access e-flow.
Ticking 'Keep me logged in' will stop you from needing to enter your password until your machine is restarted.
4. If you have forgotten your Office 365 login details, or you are unable to log in for any reason, please contact your internal IT team.
Please note that e-flow login credentials for Loblaw are managed by your organisation’s IT team and not within e-flow.

Step-by-step for external users (Vendors)
Please be advised that Loblaw vendors are now SSO enabled and that logging into e-flow directly is no longer required. You would login to the Loblaw Supplier Portal, and e-flow will be available for you to access in the Launchpad section.
Please find the complete details below.
The e-flow application can be accessed through the Loblaw Supplier Portal (EVP) at: https://www.loblaw.ca/en/supplier
- Once you have successfully logged into the portal, you will find the application under the Launchpad Applications section.

If you do not have an account to access the Loblaw Supplier Portal:
- Please contact your organisation’s Portal Administrator to request an account.
- Each vendor domain has at least one assigned Portal Administrator with the ability to create user accounts.
- If you are unsure who your Portal Administrator is, please email vendorcomm@loblaw.ca and include your seven-digit supplier number.
