Absence Manager Emails
Assigning a delegate
When setting an absence in e-flow, the user who has been assigned as the delegate will now receive an email so that they have full awareness of another users absence and when they can expect to receive additional tasks.
Ending an absence
When an absence has ended, either because the absence has been cancelled manually or the end date of the absence has elapsed, the delegate user will receive an email to make them aware the the absence has concluded.
The email includes a link to the transfer task page to allow quick access to reassign tasks if required.

The GET calls for the contact details now includes any details that have been added to a deactivated contact
Ability to Link and Unlink an Asset Library to a Category
To support the new feature for linking and unlinking an asset library to a category, it is now possible to perform this action through the API.
Approval Classification Grouping
Grouping can now be applied to approval classifications. These groupings can be applied to approval steps within the e-flow workflow configuration, which means that only appropriate approval classifications can be accessed when completing an asset approval step.
Asset Expiry Updates
Enhancements to the Asset Expiry feature, includes standardisation of the 'Not Set' status in the Asset Library and Asset Preview pages.
Chatbot
A new AI Chatbot feature is available to users within e-flow, which is located in the bottom right of the screen. Note, this feature is available upon request, and uses the information available in the help centre. Users are also able to directly speak to a member of the support team through the chat function.
Revised Asset Upload
When completing a revised upload task in e-flow, users now have easier access to the asset within the approval tool along with all annotations which have been added to the asset.
Clicking the 'View in Approval Tool' now available in the UI, will open the existing asset in a new tab.
Session Expiry > 5 Minute Warning
Following feedback on session expiry, we have introduced a warning prior to the active session being abandoned. This warning will display 5 minutes before the session is going to expire and gives the user an opportunity to refresh the session, allowing them to keep signed into e-flow.
Following the 5 minute warning, the notification will update to an expiry warning. Pressing OK will return the user to the login page.
