LP2: Link an Asset to a Notification Ticket

Within a Notification Ticket, you are now able to link an asset which has either been uploaded to an activity or an asset library using the new section highlighted below:

 

There is no limit to the number of assets which can be linked to a Notification Hub Ticket.

 

From a Library

1. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the 'From Asset Library' option. This will open an asset picker modal where you are able to select the library:

 

2. When you have selected a library, you can then use the filter options to search for a specific file type or asset verdict or use the free text filter to search for the name of the asset. 

3. Once you have found the asset you want to link to the notification ticket, selecting the checkbox and then clicking on 'Update' in the modal will add these assets to your Notification ticket. If an asset has been added in error, clicking on the 'x' will remove the asset from the ticket.

 

From a Linked Activity

1. To enable the ability to link an asset from an activity, please make sure that the ticket has at least one linked activity:

2. When an activity has been linked to a Notification Ticket, the 'From Linked Activity' option will be enabled, and selecting this option will open the 'Link an asset' modal:

 

3. Selecting an activity will display all the assets which are associated with that activity, these can then be selected and will be displayed in the Notification Ticket.
