Global Search Asset Classification Filter
A brand new filter has been implemented within the Global Search Assets page section. The new filter is displayed when a user has executed a search within Global Search and has selected the 'Refine By Assets' view.
This new filter allows our users to filter the results of their search by Asset Classification. The control works exactly like our existing Verdict control, simply select the Classification(s) that you would like to filter by and the results will update. Assets without a classification can also be selected using the 'None' checkbox in the filter.
Activity Status Change Classifications
Previously, when changing the status of an e-flow Activity (Pausing, Cancelling, or Resuming), Users have had the option to add supporting comments to justify the change in Activity Status. To enhance the reportability of this information, we have added a new field in the Pause, Cancel, and Resume modals that contain a list of justifications for the action that is being taken. Users can still add free text comments in the Supporting Comments text box, which is non-mandatory.
This list can be configured per Domain for your Organisations needs. Default options have been added to each Organisation upon release of this feature, and can be updated by contacting the Professional Services team. The options are configured for the 3 different actions (Pausing, Resuming, and Cancelling) separately, and are fully reportable.
When I am within the Activity Summary Page of an e-flow Activity that has had one of these actions committed, the reason that was selected will be displayed on the Key Metrics page.
Enhanced User Experience - Download your Asset page
After receiving feedback that the overall User Experience of the Download Your Asset page (Part of the Share Asset feature) could be improved, we have implemented some UI elements to improve the ease of use of the page. The main goal of the change is for the page to better communicate with the user when the download has been completed.
When the download has completed, a new message will appear stating that the download has been completed.
The error message that occurs when a download does not initiate has been updated to more clearly communicate the possible reasons for the failure to download.
Enhanced User Experience - Asset Upload Task
In response to feedback about the Asset Upload Task page, we have implemented a new confirmation modal within the task. Now, users will be asked to 'Confirm' the completion of the task after the 'Complete' button has been pressed. This is to provide users with a chance to double-check the Assets that will be uploaded when the task is completed and to be more consistent with the User Journey for completing other Task Types in the System.
If the User has selected no Assets to be uploaded within the task, then the confirmation modal will state this.
Password Policy Updates
We have updated the requirements for our e-flow Password Policy to provide enhanced security for our Users. Anywhere in the system where you can set your password, the following criteria are required;
- A minimum of 12 characters
- A minimum of 1 special character
- A minimum of 1 number
- A minimum of 1 uppercase character
- A minimum of 1 lowercase character

Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue where performance on the Contact Picker in the Notification Hub Ticket page and Notification Hub Wizard page was loading slowly/timing out (error 500)
- Fixed bug where Users were unable to complete multiple Basic Tasks at one time
- Fixed a bug where adding a 'No Verdict' approval step to an Active e-flow Activity would not save properly
