New and Improved! Asset Summary Page
The new look and feel Asset Summary Page has arrived! An overhaul of the Asset Summary Pages' core functionality designed to improve usability, visibility and overall User Experience.
- Preview tab
As part of our efforts to reduce the overall number of 'tab jumping' that our users have to do, we have made an effort to reduce the total number of tabs in the page.
We have consolidated our previous Preview, Classification and Metadata tabs into a single more functional location.
The large thumbnail of the asset being viewed displays on the left hand side of the page, with the ability to navigate between multi-page using the navigator at the bottom of the thumbnail.
The right hand side of the Preview page is now the home to the file's Metadata, Classifications and Tags, which all function exactly as previously, but with a new look and feel.
- Revision tab
The Revisions tab has had a full visual and functional refresh, with an emphasis on improving visibility of Asset Revision Data
Previously, if you wanted to view the e-flow Activities that are associated with your Asset, you would have to use the old Activities tab. In the new Revisions tab you are able to not only still view that information, but can identify exactly which Activity an Asset Revision occurred within.
Upon landing on the tab, you will be presented with a table that displays each of your Assets' relevant revisions. Expanding the row will present you with the Activity that the Revision occurred within, along with the metadata of the Activity. If the row cannot be expanded, the Asset Revision did not occur within an e-flow Activity.
The Download drop-down has been removed and replaced with a Download File hyperlink in order to make downloading Revisions easier.

- Review History
The Review History tab has had a visual overhaul, to keep consistent with our new Revisions tab, and some other minor tweaks to improve ease of use.
As in the previous version of the tab, each Approval of the Asset has a row in the table, which can be expanded to provide a detailed summary of the Approval.
Comments added at the completion of an Approval can now be viewed by clicking the 'Speech Bubble' icon in the far left of the table. If there are comments to display, then the icon will be filled in black. Clicking on the icon will open the comment(s) in a modal for ease of viewing.

Manually Linking Activities
In response to our Users' requests, we have added the ability to create links between e-flow Activities manually, either via User Input, or our API.
This provides our Users with improved visibility, findability and activity management throughout the system. Previously, links between e-flow Activities were only possible via workflow template configuration, which is limited only to a Project and its respective Child/Components/SKUs.
With our new Manually Linking Activities feature, Users are easily able to create links between two separate Activities using the Activity picker modal, which can be viewed by clicking on the 'Manually Link Activity' button, found in our existing Linked Activities Tab.
Once Activities have been selected, completing the modal will create a link between the two Activities in the database. Now whenever a User accesses the Linked Activities Tab of either of the Activities, they will be presented with a detailed view of both Automatically Linked Activities and any Activities that have been Manually Linked in the new section at the bottom of the page. The link can be removed via the use of the 'X' button.
Revise Asset Task Redesign
To complement the recent visual overhaul that was applied to our Asset Upload Task, we have updated our Revise Asset Task page with a new look and feel design.
In addition to a visual overhaul, we have added support for drag and drop. When within the Revise Asset Task, users are now able to drag-and-drop files into the relevant row to select an asset for Revision.
Preview Files with Asset Upload Tasks
We recently received feedback from our Users that when linking existing Library Assets to workflows via an Upload Asset task, they would like to be able to view a Preview of the asset selected.
In order to address this, we have added a new 'Preview File' button to the Upload Asset Task page.
Whenever an existing e-flow file (i.e. a file that is already uploaded into the system) is selected within the task page, the new 'Preview File' button will appear.
Clicking on this button will present the User with a large Hi-Res Preview of the relevant Asset. Useful for validating Asset selection before completion of the task!
This functionality is present in both the Asset Upload Task and the Revise Asset Task.
Other Changes
Bypassing Pending Approval Tasks
Users are now able to Bypass Approval tasks, even where the task is still 'Pending' (i.e. is not yet 'Running')
Simply click on the 3-dot context menu for the 'Pending' Approval that you wish to bypass and complete the Bypass Modal as you would for a Running Approval.
The Bypassed User will not receive an email notification relating to the Bypass.
The Approval Step will display as 'Bypassed' within the 'Tasks' tab of the Activity Summary Page.
Share Asset
Max Character Limit for the 'Share Asset' modal has been increased to a total of 2500, as per Client requests.
Displaying Fonts Used in an Asset
Fonts used in an asset can now be viewed in 2 new places;
- Within the Sidebar of an Approval Task
- There is a new option in the sidebar present in Approval Tasks. Within this panel users can see all of the Fonts that are being used in the latest revision of the Asset

Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug where Abort email showing '?.DisplayName' has been updated to show the asset display name
Fixed an issue where Auto Generated Filename for Assets were breaking the Upload Asset Task
Fixed a bug where Bypassing a Pending Approval Task would cause incorrect Tasks to become Active
Fixed an issue where switching between Assets in OAT session caused the Zoom to be set very high
Fixed a bug where Activity Snapshot Feature was not working in My Activities Page
