Introduction

This article explains how to complete the “Upload Previous Artwork Files” task in the SLED workflow for the Walmart How2Recycle® project

Completing 'Upload Previous Artwork Files' Task

• After logging in to e-flow and navigating to the Task page, please open the 'Upload Previous Artwork Files' Tas" task as shown below.

• To upload your Previous Artwork files, click on the upload area (cloud icon) and select the required file from your device. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file directly into the upload area to attach it.

  

   

• Please note that only one ZIP file can be uploaded. Ensure that the ZIP file contains all required files as listed below. Any file that does not conform to the specifications outlined below, or to Walmart brand standards, will be considered out of scope and must be submitted through the standard artwork process.
  1. Repro File (.ai format)
     • Must be created using Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
     • All fonts must be outlined
     • All images must be embedded
  2. High-Resolution PDF
     • Must be a print-quality PDF
     • Ensure high resolution and clarity

The total size of the ZIP file must not exceed 2 GB.

• After uploading the file, click ‘Complete’, and then click ‘OK’ on the confirmation message to finalise the task.
