API Updates
Bypass Stage API
External applications are now able to bypass a stage in eflow using a new API. This allows greater control of workflows and alignment with integration, and will only bypass stages that have been flagged as bypassable in the configuration, and are in a Pending or Active state.
Linked Domain Management API
Integrated applications are now able to manage their linked supplier domains using our API. This includes creating and updating a linked domain and a GET response for connected domains and users.
Global Search Improvements
Refine by Activities Search Facet Improvements
We’ve enhanced how activity search results are displayed. Instead of showing one long list of combined values, the results are now separated into their individual components, giving you a cleaner, more readable set of options.
Refine by Assets Library Filter
When a user selects refine by Assets in global search, there is a new option to refine by Asset Library, allowing them to narrow results to items stored within a specific library.
Refine by Task Assignee Filter
We’ve enhanced the Refine by Task search results to include the task assignee directly in the results table. We’ve also added a new filter that lets users narrow their search by a specific assignee, making it easier to find the tasks they need. Refining by tasks also now prefilters the results to only show running tasks, any other status can be added using the 'Status' filter options.
Refine by Task Finish Date Filter
Users can now refine search results by a task’s finish date. For tasks that are still active (Running, Paused, or Pending), the filter uses the projected finish date. For tasks that are Complete or Cancelled, it uses the actual finish date instead.
Revised Upload Comments
Within a Revised upload task, eflow has the ability to configure if a user must provide comments on the asset revision. This is managed at an organisational level feature flag.
If the feature flag has been enabled, when completing a revised upload task the user will see a new field underneath the asset called 'Comments for Approval':
This is a mandatory field and must be filled in by the user completing the task.
Any text entered into this field is then automatically visible to the approval user(s) when completing the review, pressing the 'i' button will minimise the message.
Comments are also captured in the approval email.
Rich Text Control
within the rich text field on a form, the 'Table' button has been added. When clicking on this table icon, users are able to add a table using the below control:
Once the table has been added by selecting 'OK', right clicking into the table allows users to modify the table if needed:
Shopping Basket Updates
When a user has added assets into their shopping basket, they are now able to identify which domain the assets have been included from:
When a user has added assets to their basket from different domains/organisations, they can now 'compare' these assets using the 'Compare two assets' option, however assets from 2 separate domains cannot be sent on a batch approval together, and this option is disabled.
Workflow Template > Archive
Admin users now have the ability to archive workflow templates. When a workflow template is archived, users are no longer able to create new activity on these templates in the UI.
Any template that has been archived will display the user who has archived the template including the date and time of the action. It is also possible to restore the workflow template using the 'Unarchive Template' function.
