Complete Form Input Tasks in Sub-Workflows Concurrently:
Where you have multiple sub-workflows running concurrently; we have created a new tabular view to allow you to complete grouped form data input tasks from a single screen.
Workflow Field Data & Asset Visibility:
All data collected in your custom forms is now collated and visible from the workflow summary screen. If assets are uploaded during your workflow; these are also visible from the summary screen.
Read Only Custom Form Fields:
Need to display a field in a custom form, but don't want the assignee to be able to edit it? In our E-pprove September 2015 release, you are now able to add fields to your custom form in 'Read-Only' mode.
Code Generation:
The new code generation feature allows administrators to create system codes for any activity and add them to custom forms. The code generator rules engine allows for unique code nomenclature, including prefixes, date ranges and incremental steps.
RACI:
Workflows and work items now feature a RACI matrix. Additional assignees can be added to either individual work items, or to the overall workflow and marked as 'Responsible', 'Accountable', 'Consulted' or 'Informed'.
When combined with growing number of dashboard reporting widgets, RACI will provide the framework for improved visibility and control as your workflows progress.
Conditional Workflow Logic:
Adapt your workflows automatically as events occur. If a digital asset is not approved, the new loop back function allows you to revert your workflow to an earlier stage.
Does your critical path have multiple routes from concept to launch? These situations are handled without fuss, using the new workflow decision tool. Jump to different workflow stages, or even entirely different workflows, based on choices made from within your custom forms.
Edit In Progress Workflows:
Need to make changes to an existing workflow while it's in progress? No problem - the workflow editor now allows you to change the duration, assignee or task name for any work item which is currently pending.
Edits to workflows can either be made from the work item view, or by right-clicking on any work item in the workflow visualiser.
Tailored Task Names & Event Notifications
Insert data from your workflow fields into task names and event notifications, making understanding and interpreting task information and email alerts quick, easy and concise.
Editable Gantt View:
Make quick changes to your workflow timeline from the new Gantt view. The Gantt view allows visualisation of your activity over hours, days or week scales.
The work item slider feature can be used to quickly adjust the duration of a particular task, while allowing you to see immediately, the impact on the overall workflow timeline.
Milestone Completion Tracking:
With the new milestone work item type, event notifications can be generated when a group of sub-workflows are completed.
Group Work Items by Stage:
Logically group your work items within the workflow into stages for clearer executive level reporting.
Cascading Glossaries:
Add multi-level glossary controls to your custom forms.
Delete Old Workflow Templates:
Avoid clutter within workflow template administration screens. If a process template is no longer required, this can now be removed.
Copy Custom Forms:
Need two form input work items, which hold similar data? It's now possible to copy an existing form, in your organisation's library.
Improved Contact Selection:
The new contact selector allows you to easily locate your existing contacts, both within your organisation, or with any other connected site.
The search option allows you to quickly find contacts by first or last name, while filters allow you to limit the results by organisation or role.
