Introduction
In e-flow you are able to custom roles to fit your domain's needs. To create a user Role, you must have either a Security or Domain Admin role.
Create a Role
1. From the Navigation Bar, click the Admin button, then under 'Users & Roles', click 'Create Role'.
This can also be accessed in 'List Roles' (under 'Users & Roles') then click the '+ New Role' button.
2. Enter a Display Name - this is how other users will see the role.
(The Role ID is populated automatically and will be used in the URL address bar.)
3. Enter an appropriate Description to assist others in understanding the purpose of the Role.
4. Choose a Security Level, then select Visibility.
5. Click 'Save' to create the Role.
