LP4: Open a shared Asset

Introduction:

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to open an asset that has been shared with you (external or internal). 

Opening an asset:

A e-flow login is not required to open an asset that has been shared with you.
You will have received an email from no-reply@sbssunrise.com like the one shown below. 
Follow the instructions provided in the email. The asset will then be downloaded into your default browser downloads folder.

Note: the asset download link will have an expiry date (shown on the email below in red). When this date is reached, the link will no longer provide access to the asset.

Once the pin has been entered it will then download the asset into a PDF, please see the image below as an example:
